I bought the Pro version of this player but the sticky player disappeared. When I bought this player It was no where advertised that this is a plugin with a yearly subscription. The only thing that had a one year life time in the advertising were :
1 year of support
1 year of updates
In the advertisement there was no life time for the player and not even a mention for the sticky player, that was the only reason that I bought this Pro version, (see attached file, it is almost the same advertisement than in 2019). After a couple of months I discovered that this plugin was with a yearly subscription, and I told support that this was not advertised when I bought it, but not even then I was informed that the sticky player would disappear after one year, The agent support just apologized for the misinformation.
is the pro addon activated on your site ? (make sure that MP3 Music Player by Sonaar Pro Addon is activated in WP-Admin > Plugins)
This product is a one-time fee and it also includes 1 year of updates and support. After 1 year, you will be able to renew for 1 additional year of update and support. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel your subscription at any time and your product will still work!

I have a couple of questions. If I renew my subscription for another year at any time and stop it again for another couple of years? Would it be any difference for my interface, de lay out, the wave form or the sticky player? besides the Updates and Support of course?
The updates bring new enhancements, important security patches and fix compatibility issue that might arise with WordPress core version and other third party plugins.
I was planning to buy one of the DJ WordPress Themes that sonaar is offering in his web site. but can I built it in a Sub Directory of another existing WordPress website? Like a new web site inside another WP website
perhaps its possible but you will need to check with your hosting provider if you can do that..Not every hosting allows this. The best people to help you install WordPress in a different server directory is your hosting provider.
