When we go on my music page http://squashcomp.ca/music/ the content of the page does not load until you refresh the page. I can not figure out how to solve the problem.
Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except Elementor Sonaar Addon, Elementor, Essential Grid and Revolution Slider then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict.
Unfortunately I'm not familiar with these plugins.
You can also deactivate ajax page loading by going to wp-admin > theme options > general settings so the theme will load as a normal theme (eg: without ajax).

what does the ajax do?
It loads your page via AJAX so the header and music player are persistent when you navigate through different page of your site.
