I recently purchased Sonaar Pro. I built 2 playlists but when I go through the process of adding a new page to add the player, it does not recognize that I have existing playlists?
I can't seem to be able to reproduce on my computer. Could you please elaborate on the steps to reproduce the issue on my end and I will check this for you. Perhaps screenshots and url would help me to assist in the right direction
I am trying to add the MP3 player to the footer so people can listen to music while they use the website. I was able to get the player added and the music to play but the minute I went to another page it stops. Is there a way to have the player on a selected page and the music to be continuous when reviewing other pages? That is what I thought I was purchasing with Sonaar Pro.
I loaded 1 song on that page (just playing around) but if you click Alternative, then Music you get a player with 3 songs.
What I thought I was getting was the ability to have the music player as a widget on every page and the ability to switch pages without shutting off the music. I would be happy if you could go to the player page, select the playlist and it would keep playing as you browed the website. If this is not possible with the Pro version I request a refund. I guess I am not skilled enough to understand the product??
I deleted everything and started over following the tutorial step by step. I created a playlist, a new page called MP3 Player. When I get to the step to choose playlist, I pick Predefined and it does not show my playlist; it says post track list so I clicked that. As you can see, when you go to the page and click the yellow arrow nothing happens.
Is there a way you can log into my computer and see why this is not working? The music files all work and are in the site media library so it should be a direct link? When I look at posts, nothing is there either. site url nwtrekkers.org
Thanks. I am getting better at this but am still struggling. I converted 5 files to MP3 and loaded them into a playlist. I was able to get the sticky player on all pages and could switch pages and the music continued which was my goal. The issue I am having now is only the first song in the playlist plays but the others show up on the screen and are loaded in the playlist. What step am i missing?
Thank you for your assistance and patience. I am very happy with what I have so far and I am getting more proficient. One question - when I go to the MP3 Player page - it says No Playlist Selected. Please select Playlist. And yet my sticky player is playing away and I can toggle thru all songs. I really dont need the MP3 page to show but when I make it private the sticky player disappeared. Any suggestions? I only plan on having one playlist unless there is a limit to the number of songs. I dont expect to have more than 10. People are not on the site that long.
Hello Tim, You really have to set a player to the mp3 player page. Now, the only reason why you can see the player is because the "continuous player" option is enable, and you have previously visited the homepage. But if you dont want to set a player in the page content and only keep the sticky player, it is ok. We can do that. Please first remove the player here. And in the page setting set the sticky player here

Hi Tim
What is your url so I can test and see your setup?
Do you have same issue by using Google Chrome?
Thanks,

Max,
The web site is NW Tulip Trekkers | AVA - Walking Club (nwtrekkers.org) Currently I have created a page for music player.
I loaded 1 song on that page (just playing around) but if you click Alternative, then Music you get a player with 3 songs.

Hi,
I dont see any player on your page Alternative. See screenshot: https://d.pr/i/ctPUhI
I see the default WP player, but that is not our MP3 Player.
Have you watched our video tutorial yet? Please watch this video tutorial to get started with our MP3 Player https://sonaar.ticksy.com/article/15282
To enable Continuous Audio Player, go to WP-Admin > MP3 Player > Settings and enable Continuous Audio Player.

I'm confused. What do you mean by " the first song in the playlist plays but the others show up on the screen and are loaded in the Playlist"?
