Activating Sonaar MP3 pro after update

    Hi,

    I have purchased a year of Sonaar MP3 Pro. I updated my Sonaar MP3 plugin and there was message afterwards that the Pro player did not update due to a file error.

    I have my licence key available. I cannot find a way to input this licence key into Sonaar MP3 player settings to re-activate my Pro MP3 player.

    Please help.

    Do I input my existing licence key here? (see attachment) - Or is this only for renewing a licence key?

    Enter your licence key on your website in WP-Admin > MP3 Player > License Key

    When you update, tell me what error message you have exactly. send me a screenshot.

    Sorry but I do not have the Licence key option under MP3 Player (see screenshot)

    Thanks Alexandre, that has helped me resolve this issue. I totally forgot that there was a separate pro plugin. I guess it would have helped if the update hadn't have deleted the plugin from my wp-admin 😕

    Yes, whereas the standard plugin remained after the update - the pro plugin got deleted, hence why there was initially no 'licence' option in the mp3 player menu. I will notify if it happens again in the future. Thanks.
