    I bought your big theme package and my site has steadily been falling apart over the past year from it.  I then paid you $80 to get someone to look at it and you didnt even contact me.  Please return my $80 and I will move to something that doesnt just fall apart.

    Sorry to hear you have issues. 

    Could you please elaborate on the issue you have because I'm a bit confused. 

    For the 80$ customization,  have you opened a ticket with the change/mod you were looking for? I'm trying to find a ticket or message from you about this but I can't seem to find anything related to customization requests.

    It wasn't stated that I needed to, or I would have.  I also see you guys have charged me for this theme package that you aren't supporting again.  It shouldn't be a recurring subscription, so please return that as well.  I informed you that I was no longer going to be a Sonaar.io customer prior to the charge.  

    I have hired a 3rd party web team to handle this for me since you are only in the business of collecting my money and did not support your product.  I am unsure how you thought I would just send you $80 for no reason but you had my email address, probably have my phone number, and should have reached out.  The lack of additional information from me is only due to your failure to indicate you needed any, and failure to provide any obvious means to collect it.

    Hi,

    I'm very confused here James.

    We do support all our customers in a friendly and timely manner. We usually reply in less than 4 hours to all of our customer questions during the business hours.

    For the 80$ for customization, I will absolutely refund this! no worry about that. Its just that we are both surprise that we have not received any communication about it. Usually, when a user pay for this service, they send us his request or customization he wants through email or here by ticket.. but I have received nothing from your part. But I'm sorry if that was not clear, and I will make sure to review and improve this communication on our end.

    I have proceeded with the $80 refund.


    For the renewal of the theme, from what I understand is that you wont use Sonaar theme, correct? If that's the case, I'm gonna refund you the renewal as well.

    Sonarr and the entire site are dead and will no longer be used.  This week after a Wordpress update my site stopped responding and I am tired of fixing it over and over again.  Hell, when I was using it even with a license Sonaar kept losing the license key and going into free mode anyway.  I like the additional data types for artists and such, but honestly I can add them to any theme if I need to.

    Next time, I'd recommend to contact us if something is broke when you update.. We would have fix it like in 2 minutes! And support is covered when you renew the license. 


    Do you still want me to refund the renewal cause you won't be using it?
