    I've purchase the Pro MP3 Music Player plugin and have set it up for my domain name in my Sonaar account.  I can activate the Pro plugin but when I go to activate the license, the page goes blank (no field to enter license).  

    I read in another ticket that the users IP was blocked by your firewall, could that be the case here?

    I dont know. Are you able to provide a login credential to the wp-admin?

    You can log into our website with the following admin login (for both security authentication and Wordpress login):

    Hi,

    your WordPress core seems to be a modified version powered by Classipress.

    Im not familiar with Classipress and I think that might be the culprit.

    Could you please install a default theme on your site such as Twenty Fifteen and see if it works?

    Also, make sure to use PHP 7 (not PHP 8)
