On the demo theme site the music player works perfectly and displays continuously throughout the site with everything loading correctly.
Issues #1: When I install the demo content onto my WP server and view all demo pages, the photo gallery does not load when you navigate to it from the main nav (pages > photos > Gallery-boxed)
Issue #2: the spacing for the page title is not displaying consistently.
Both issues are resolved when the "Enable Continuous Audio Player and AJAX " feature is disabled, however, the selling point for getting this theme was the music player feature.

Do you still have those issues since you have disable CDN?
