    The text on the included screenshot i can't find where to change the color.

    Hi, 
    Be aware, in the elementor text editor, when you copy/paste text under the "visual" tab, you are pasing all the html selected. 

    Please click on the "text" tab and remove all html "style" attribut.
    Please take a look here, you will understand
