To follow up with my previous email, I'm not sure what occured, but ever since I clicked to try and update the plug ins, my website has been acting weird. It also adjusted a few things on the site to look differently in the navigation. I have attached a screenshot of something im seeing when attempting to go to the site. When I enter into the website I see this code for a second each time now which is disconcerting. Please assist, thank you!
This is due to the latest Elementor plugin update 3.1x.
Please make sure to update your Sonaar theme and the Elementor for Sonaar plugin as well. We have released a theme updated the same day that Elementor 3.1 has been released.

go to wp-admin>appearance>install plugins,
And updates all required update plugins
