    When installing your Mandala theme. All data was shot, but Backup was made. When installing backup, the site still has Mandala and user data such as photos, videos, songs are not on the site.

    Hi,

    I recommend you check directly with your hosting provider to rollback to a previous site backup.

    Your hosting provider is responsible for your site database and backups and is much more reliable.

    Thanks for answer.

    But when you uninstall and reinstall WP, the Mandala remains on this site and does not disappear anywhere

    Hi,

    If you want to remove Mandala completely, you will have to start with a new database and not just uninstall and reinstall WP. 

    You can perhaps ask your hosting provider to create a fresh clean WordPress install for you.
