Hi - working on a staging server to develop a new site for some friends.
Have purchased Apex theme and installed - getting some js errors and several pages from the demo site are not loading properly. (You'll want to look beyond the homepage - particularly "About" section)
The confusion comes in that I'm using Elementor, which is listed in your "How to setup" FAQ - but I also see "Make sure that all the plugins are activated, in particular: WPBakery Page Builder (Formerly known as Visual Composer)." in your FAQs - so a bit of a discrepancy...
Initially had some errors with "WooCommerce Multi Locations Inventory Management" plugin - which is a 100% requirement for this site - but they have been resolved - only the Sonar ones remain.
Not my first WP rodeo - although this is my first Sonar theme installation. Love it, and would hate to have to move on, particularly since it's been paid for -
I can't seem to be able to reproduce on my computer. Could you please elaborate on the steps to reproduce the issue on my end and I will check this for you. Perhaps if you can share a screenshot of the JS error, that would help.
I feel like an idiot - we had been working on the site last night and had to deactivate the plugin - so no errors should have been seen - 1000 apologies!
All "good" now if you want to take another look - we won't be working in the site today - so errors will be visible now
One of your third party scripts is preventing jQuery to load correctly which cause our script to not loading the proper way since we rely on jQuery.
Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except Elementor Sonaar Addon, Elementor, Essential Grid and Revolution Slider then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict.
Hi Max - it's the WooCommerce Multi Locations Inventory Management plugin which I had mentioned initially -
It is a critical plugin for this site as the driver for this project is to enable the band to maintain separate fulfilment centers - which Shopify (current solution) is unable to properly support.

Thanks for your help on this-
Just a staging site - so please ignore the ssl errors (https://wreck.yellowhammer.us/)

Hi Max
None of the subpages are working for me
Contact at least partially loads - but no form or site logo in the header
"About" doesn't load at all
On mobile - the menu doesn't work when I'm off the homepage - and top level menu items don't work if there are aub-pages underneath
Homepage isn't bad -

Tell me how it goes.

Hi,
I recommend you check with the author of that plugin why it seems to delay jQuery function with other plugins.
Thanks,

This is helpful - had been in contact with them previously to clean up some errors - this gives me some direction in reaching out again - thank you
