I can't seem to be able to reproduce on my computer. Could you please elaborate on the steps to reproduce the issue on my end and I will check this for you.
When opening playlists in the console and starting to edit them, I cannot add songs to my playlist. When I click on the add track button, it throws me up to the top of this page and nothing opens. If it is easier for you, I can then record a video with this problem.
Perhaps its a conflict with one of your third party plugins. Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except Elementor, Elementor for Sonaar Addon, Essential Grid and Revolution Slider then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict. Tell me how it goes.
