    After upgrading to the Sonaar Music Pro, the music player has stopped working completely. The music does not play, I can't edit the colors, etc. Im requesting a refund because it was working perfectly fine until I purchased and upgraded to the pro plan.

    Keenan, I don't work for Sonaar. I'm just a customer like you. But I've had an interesting journey with their MP3 Player Pro Version" and love its many options. 

    Since Support is on holiday until the 20th, I was thinking that a preliminary troubleshooting step you perhaps could take would be to double-check that you have both the "MP3 Music Player by Sonaar" plugin and the new "MP3 Music Player by Sonaar - Pro version" plugin running. If you've disabled the original "MP3 Music Player by Sonaar" plugin, you won't be able to access the Settings (among other issues).

    Fingers crossed this suggestion might be of some help until Support can get back to you.

    Have you also updated the free version ? Both free and pro version must be up to date.

    If it does not work, please send us access to your WP-Adminin private comment and we will gladly check this for you
