Hi - Im installing the Cinematic Theme. The install is on a fresh WP install (latest release).

I can upload the theme all ok, it then starts its auto-install child theme and plugins. This goes well until it reaches the install Iron Demo Plugin install......it can sit installing for in excess of 10 minutes, and nothing happens. I can go refresh the page, or go back to the dash and the plugin is installed.

However, I now cannot update my licence, unless I deactivate iron Demo Plugin. Then the serial number is activated. If I then go and reactivate the plugin, the certificate now says I have to enter the serial number.

Off course, with these errors, I cannot load in demo content.

I have maxed out all the php sever settings to ensure the scripts have time to run.

Can anyone help me?

Ive also deleted the Iron Demo Plugin, re installed and same fault exists.

I have now tried 5 new installs of WP - same issue.

In summary, whenever Iron Demo Plugin is activated, you cannot activate the licence. Deactivaate the plugin, fine, you can activate the licence. BUT, reactivate the plugin, licence cant be activated!!

Ive even installed the theme and installed the plugins seperately, one by one......fault same 

There is a problem with the Demo Importer.

tried again - ill try anything :) just tried a fresh WP install into a new folder on the server, same.

Just tried letting the script run - see screenshot - 15mins, still not installed the plugiin

All other plugins upto date, theme upto date, no third party plugins other than ones that come with script

solved - server set to php 8.0 - Iron DDemo plugin will need some work to make it compatible. Down graded php to 7.4, script works fine
