I am using a managed WordPress site hosted under GoDaddy. I installed the free version of MP3 Music Player in the managed WordPress environment and it works fine.
I then purchased the Pro version of the plugin. It also seems to work fine, except it will not play in the published version of the page. However, it does play while in edit mode.
I submitted a ticket to GoDaddy and they could not find any reason in their managed WordPress environment that the plugin should not be working. GoDaddy said I needed to contact you to try to resolve the issue.
I tried the plugin again this morning and the Pro version seems to be working. It is unclear what may have caused the initial problem. Let me do some more testing and I’ll let you know if I see the problem again. Thank you for your prompt reply,

Could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.
Also, please tell me on what page URL you have installed the player so I can work on that specific page and test what is wrong.
