It seems that the playlist is limited to 46 tracks, which is something I did not know when I purchased the Pro product. I need to create a playlist with 140 tracks, and then add more later.
When I add track 47, it is accepted and there is no error message. Then, when I view the playlist again, the track I added is gone and it still shows 46 tracks.

Good call. Yes, setting max_input_vars=6000 solved the problem. I was able to add 140 tracks manually without a problem. You may close this ticket.
By the way, great job on designing this player. UI and works well on all devices.
