I had a similar issue. I had to delete the pro and core version then used Advanced DB cleaner to remove leftover tables. It installed OK after that. I was told that it was CDN cache issues but that seemed to just be a guess as I had already flushed all browser and server caches previously with no effect.

Thanks, I appreciate your help. The thing is, when I use a free plugin, theme, or another WP service, I do what has to be done to troubleshoot and fix the issue - or I just don't use it. This is a product  I paid for - it should work properly.

    Hi Jamie,

sorry for the issue you have. This is because the domain you have registered your license is musiccreators.net but you seem to be using it with a www.musiccreators.net (triple w's) thus the updated could not perform the update. I have added www.musiccreators.net for your license and it should work just fine now.

    Thanks,

    Hi Jamie,

My bad and my apologies! When I registered your website, I mistaken the URL. Now it should work. Please try again.

If it does not, please provide me temporary access to your wp-admin if you'd like to prevent useless back and forth. I'll make sure everything setup correctly.

Once again, human error here and its mine. Sorry.

    Thanks,
