How to add new wp-admin section

    In wp-admin, there is a section called "Artists", is there a way I can add a new section with a custom name just like that one?

    This is a custom post type. You will have to develop your own custom post type. 

    There are many information on google, YouTube on how to create custom post types depending your needs.
