Unfortunately it's not possible since this is the native single product templates provided by woocommerce.and they don't offer hooks to replace the image only.
The easiest way to acheive this is to build your own custom single product template. Using elementor Pro's theme builder, this is very very easy.
Otherwise, you will need to code it manually in php in your child theme.

Yes. When you create your template with elementor pro, you will place a MP3 player instead of the product image. The mp3 player will consist of the album artwork with the control over the image option.
