As I've said, only page can be shared via social media. That being said, you will have to create individual page for each of your track if you want to share them. We dont have a tool to share individual tracks out of the box.

Hi,
you cannot share audio file on social medias. but you can share page URL that contains your player.
To do it, you simply have to add share buttons on your page by using a third party plugin to share post. Im not familiar with all plugins but there are many share post plugins.. eg: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-social-share-buttons-in-wordpress/
