Max , Do you remember my first two screen shots , I have tried the way you said .. and i tried the other way .. theway you are telling me does not work .. I have been using elmentor for a long time .. i have installed templates before .. I am trying everything ...
PLEASE HELP not tell me to do the same thing over and and over .. It does not work
I have investigated your site. Here is what I did:
- I have created a page on your site and added an Elementor heading.
- I have saved this page as an Elementor Template with 2 different names.
- I have exported the 2 templates in a zip file.
- I deleted the 2 templates already present on your site.
- I have then tried to import the zip file (that I have previously exported from your own site..), and I have the exact same behavior as with our sonaar template zip file.
No errors are shown, but I can see a 302 error on your admin-ajax.php file. However, I'm really not sure if this is related.
Overall, it looks like an issue with WordPress or your Server and not our zip file itself.
I recommend you check with your hosting provider and make sure that:
- ZIP Extension is correctly installed and up to date
- Max execution time is set to 600
- cUrl library is enabled and up to date.
After confirming these changes, if it does not work again, I recommend you contact Elementor support so they can investigate why no zip can be imported into the Elementor Library.
Hi Max .. Just wondering I have the continuous play on is there away to keep it playing when the page changes ? instead of dropping sound for a second ?
Hi , I bought your Sonaar Mp3 Player Pro and Elementor Template kit .. Cant not install them keep getting an error
the mp3 player no problem
Hi
To import the templates:
1. Download the templates kit file at https://sonaar.io/login (Under My Account > Downloads)
2. Login to your WordPress dashboard.
3. Make sure Elementor Page Builder plugin is installed and activated. To install it, go to WP-Admin > Plugins > Add New and search for Elementor.
4. Go to Templates > Saved Templates and click the Import Templates button. See screenshot: https://d.pr/i/saZbBO
5. Import the file called "elementor-templates-kit-by-sonaar.zip"
6. Your imported template will now be displayed in your Templates list.
7. To use and insert templates into the page builder, read this article from Elementor Documentation: https://docs.elementor.com/article/60-library
Thanks,
Max from the Sonaar.io Crew

If i do it from the Elementor admin I get this
This is not the place to upload the template. (you are trying to upload a template kit, but our files are just elementor templates).
Go to Templates > Saved Templates and click the Import Templates button. See screenshot: https://d.pr/i/saZbBO
