Hello, We are considering using your theme package for multiple sites ( we are a marketing company specializing in musicians), however I have some issues that could either be workarounds, feature requests or possibly custom work if it isn't too heavy. I am open to ideas.

    1. Most of our artists release single songs and not albums. The playlist post type and pages unfortunately are a little odd when there is only one song. The list format with the track number doesn't make sense, and having such a large amount of empty space below and above the track doesn't make sense. I am open to suggestions.

    2. We would like to have some sort of coming soon for releases... on the music page, is it possible to have not yet released albums/songs either greyed out, or a coming soon overlay... something along those lines?

As we are going to have these things consistently, we are hoping for a solution that doesn't involve too much manual work if possible.

    Thanks.

    Susan

    Hi Susan,

I understand what you are saying and the solution is at your fingertips.

    1. If it was me, I'd definitely use Elementor Pro (and its theme builder feature) to make my own single album page template (using 100% Elementor so you can customize easily the single page template with your own padding, widgets, etc.. ) in addition to our standalone MP3 Audio Player Pro that is very similar than the theme's built-in player but with much more functionality and customization such as removing track numbers.

So by using Elementor Pro and MP3 Audio Player Pro, you would be able to achieve almost anything you can imagine. It's very very flexible and easy to use because it use Elementor.

    2. For this, I'd also recommend MP3 Audio Player Pro because with this plugin, you can add label subtitles on playlist or each tracks. Having the possibility to add label/track descriptions below your song could be very helpful depending on your setup.

If you have additional questions, let me know

    Thanks,

    I do have elementor pro.

    1. If I did this, wouldn't I have to manually make a new page for every single/album? Also then wouldn't it not populate on the album listing page? I was hoping to create a setup where we were still using the cutom post type or a ustom post type and anyone can just plug in the information.

    2. i don't see how that solves the coming soon issue. I would like the releases on the listing page, but not yet playable.

    Thanks

    Susan

    Hi,

    1. No. The theme builder feature of Elementor Pro is specially made to make a reusable template. Go to WP-Admin  > Templates > Theme Builder and add a new template. Add the player widget by selecting  This Post as the source (https://d.pr/i/Pd0UBc) and make sure to set conditions to your album post: https://d.pr/i/4WZy37

    2. With MP3 Audio Player Pro, simple do not set a MP3 for the track...just the title name..so it wont be playable. You cannot pre-set a coming soon player. Once your track will be released, then you will have to rededit the playlist and add the track so they can be playable.

    Thanks,
