    Essential Grid is not pulling up the right content in my YouTube channel. I have the source setting to "channel" but it's only showing some older videos. I try changing the source to either playlist option, but nothing shows up for me.

    I verified that both the Youtube Channel ID and the API key are correct. I even copied and pasted the data again to make sure.

    Firstly check if the you’ve any videos in the channel. Secondly, check this guide if you’re missing any step as you try to link with YouTube content ==> https://www.essential-grid.com/documentation/special-content-streams/

    Hi Alexandre,

    I have a ton of videos on my site! In fact, before I created this ticket, videos were showing up, just not the new ones.


    I had already looked at their documentation for YouTube. It's out of date, as Google has updated the fields.

    Hi Paul,

    Sorry for all those back and forth , but here their last answer:

    Thanks for getting back.

    Tested again the YouTube API key and the channel and they aren’t working. You must be doing something wrong on the way. Re-check one more time please, all the steps and see what setting you might be missing. As for the Essential Grid everything works just fine – still haven’t been reported any issue/bug about it.

    Let me know what did you find out.

    I need direct help on the API setting from Essential Grid. The documentation they have does not reflect the current options that Google has updated. How can I work directly with them?
