Hi there, I just bought yesterday the Plugin and the Template Package. After Installing the Plugin the website is not responding anymore. I sent a list of used plugins, there can be no conflict. I had to delete the database and install the website again, did this now three times by using different themes ( Ocean WP, Astra, Helo). Always the same: When installing and activating the plugin the website stops working.Regards
Do you have any error in your error.log file on your server?
If you don't know how to check this, could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and also your FTP and I will gladly check and fix the issue you have.
