My Sonaar website keithlaymusic.com went down after FOLLOWING YOUR INSTRUCTIONS on "Troubleshooting our Theme/ How to optimize and speed up your website" . I decided to add the plug-in "WP ROCKET". Load times weren't bad, but I wanted to make sure they were as rapid as possible. . I loaded WP Rocket from the WP plug-in site. Site went down immediately. I have no idea how to fix this. PLEASE help me asap. I don't care if WP-Rocket is a plug in now - I just want my site back up!
I did not receive a site admin email for instructions.
Do you have any error details in your error.log file on your server? In addition, you can enable WP_Debug in your wp-config.php file to display more details about the critical error. These details will point directly to what's the issue.
If you want me to check these details, please provide me access to your FTP and access to your WP-Admin.

Hi Max, Sonaar is hosting my server. I don't have access, that I know of, to an error.log file. I have no access to php files.

Ok site is back again.
The issue you had is because that's not the correct plugin you have installed. WP Rocket LoadCSS is an ADDON for WPRocket.
