I have downloaded all the necessary files and followed all the instructions.  However, the files that are there to download do not work.  Can someone please send me a different link to download the files.  I've tried these files several times.

What do you mean by do not work? Do you have any error message? Please elaborate on what is not working

    Thanks,

The Templates that were included with my purchase will not install.  If i'm not mistaken I'm suppose to have all the Elementor templates.  I purchased the $99 pricing subscription.  I have followed the instructions on how to install and it does not work.  I have included pics of before I install and after.  After only shows a Default Kit.  Can someone please help with this issue.  Where are the 100+ Templates for Elementor?

    Hi,

looks like the issue is not related with our templates but more with your zip extension on your server.

To test this confirmation, I have created 2 pages on your site, saved the 2 pages as a template then I have exported these 2 templates.

I have then tried to import the zip file and I have the same result as our zip file.

I think the issue is caused by perhaps Zip Extension that is missing on your server. I recommend contacting your hosting provider to check into why zip is not unzipping on your site.

Here is the official troubleshooting by Elementor: https://elementor.com/help/how-to-fix-common-errors-with-import-export/

PHP zip extension in the site is not activated (usually it’s activated by default) Install PHP zip on your server or contact your host

Ok thank you!  I will try that and let you know

I have contacted my Hosting company, the PHP Zip was installed and I made them go check for any other errors.  The file still will not work.  Is there another way to install this?

Not from what Im aware of. You might want to contact Elementor support to see why importing Elementor templates does not work with your WordPress. If your server cant see why, perhaps I can recommend switching to another web hosting?

@ben the templates is not a plugin. They are templates.

    To import the templates:

    1. Download the templates kit file at https://sonaar.io/login (Under My Account > Downloads)

    2. Login to your WordPress dashboard.

    3. Make sure Elementor Page Builder plugin is installed and activated. To install it, go to WP-Admin > Plugins > Add New and search for Elementor.

    4. Go to Templates > Saved Templates and click the Import Templates button. See screenshot: https://d.pr/i/saZbBO

    5. Import the file called "elementor-templates-kit-by-sonaar.zip"

    6. Your imported template will now be displayed in your Templates list.

    7. To use and insert templates into the page builder, read this article from Elementor Documentation: https://docs.elementor.com/article/60-library
