Hi hope a is well. I seem to have a bit of a problem here I have an active unlimited theme license  but it is not working/activating when trying to activate it on this site https://www.mydownload.com also tried it on another domain but did not do it either. It did work on my first 2 installations but it has not since can you please advise thank you.

Please could someone get back to me on this as I have also tried a clean installation on a subdomain https://faq.soundartsmastering.com but keep getting the message "

There is a problem with the Demo Importer. The license key used is currently empty, expired or invalid: Make sure to enter your license key in Theme Options > Dashboard. If you don't know how to fix this issue, please contact your web hosting with the error message above, or contact us on our help desk"  

I have gone through all the troubleshooting but I'm getting this message no matter what i do could you please advise as this is getting quite stressful thank you hope to hear from you soon.
