For the last few months I have noticed something happening, but only occasionally when I visit my website. Sometimes when loading a page with a music player on it, it will automatically start playing the audio for MULTIPLE songs at the same time, even though the page was just freshly loaded and nothing has been clicked on or interacted with in any way yet. Sometimes after this happens, i'll refresh the page to try and stop it, and i will be met with a white error screen that says '429 Too Many Requests - You have sent too many requests in a given amount of time'.
The music player starting when loading the page leads me to believe that the requests are probably something to do with that, so I am reaching out to you in hopes that this may be a known thing and I just pasted some code wrong or i'm missing something or something along those lines.. I don't really know any coding or whatnot, i'm totally winging it here haha. With that said, I really appreciate your help!
I have attached a screenshot of the error page, that shows up after i try to refresh upon having multiple audio files play at once when loading the page.
edit: i'd also like to add that my music player at times can be very laggy.. not always, its usually working just fine, but at times it will play for a few seconds, pause, play for a few seconds, pause.. its happening now which is why i started writing this out tonight, i usually just say 'oh ill have to contact the support' but thats a lot of work so i never get around to it but tonight i guess its finally happened enough that im kind of upset lol..not sure if theres really anything you can do to help me troubleshoot that other than let me know if theres some common issue with it i guess. it doesn't appear to be my internet connection, i'm guessing its something to do with bandwidth but i don't know much about that stuff. I do know that I get about 2 visitors per week so it's probably nothing to do with my site being overloaded haha.. i definitely apologize if it ends up being something on my end but its been happening consistently at random times for months now so i don't think so..
Please update your plugin to latest version. you are using old version. Make sure you are running MP3 Audio Player by Sonaar version 3.2.1
If you have trouble updating the plugin, or the update is not available which is probably your case, simply deactivate and delete the plugin, then reinstall it again ( by going to WP-Admin > Plugins > Add New > and searching for MP3 Audio Player by Sonaar )
Tell me if it works. if not, please provide me access to your wp-admin and I'll gladly check this for you.
