    • It worked on one website but not another, weird and frustrating. It is acting likeit is importing but it is not

    No error message at all. page refreshes and no theme imports

    I've also tried this on another computer and it still is not importing the templates

    Hi

    looks like the issue is not related to our templates but more with your zip extension on your server.

    To test this confirmation, I have created 2 pages on your site, saved the 2 pages as a template then I have exported these 2 templates in a zip file. That zip file is directly exported from your own site, nothing to do with our template.

    I have then tried to import the zip file and I have the same result as our own zip file.

    I think the issue is caused by perhaps Zip Extension that is missing on your server. I recommend contacting your hosting provider to check into why zip is not unzipping on your site.

    PHP zip extension in the site is not activated (usually it’s activated by default) Install PHP zip on your server or contact your host

    This doesn,t make sense because it worked on my other site beatmanpete.com. Why would it work on one site and not another under the same hosting plan?

    FYI....This is the option in Elementor settings I changed and it fixed the problem

    Well , I thought it was fixed. i logged out and logged back in and the templates were gone....SMH

    I'm sorry. I recommend you contact your Server support or Elementor support about this issue. It's more back-end issue you have that is not related to our theme or plugin.
