If you don't want to provide access, I can understand, in this case, if you want me to support, perhaps create a staging server with temporary access so I wont see the live site.
How do I access the statistics report? I do not see it anywhere after installing the Pro version. This is the only reason we paid for the Pro version.

you need to enter your Google Analytic ID in WP-Admin > MP3 Player > Settings > Stats & Reports

That "Stats & Reports" tab does not appear in our dashboard.
Have you installed the pro addon? and have you entered your license key in WP-Admin > MP3 Player > License?
