    I purchased the plan with unlimited themes and lifetime support but cant access it or upload plugins

    Hi Devin, 

    Thanks for reaching out. 

    I have check your account and looks like you have bought the MP3 Audio Player Pro lifetime plan at $179.

    This includes also the 100+ Elementor Templates Addon Kit but it does not include our Sonaar WordPress Themes

    The themes are completely different products than our Elementor Templates Addon Kit. 

    You should be able to access the elementor templates addon kit in your Sonaar.io Account > My Account > Downloads

    Ok I was trying to purchase the sonaar Wordpress Themes so is there anyway for me to get that plan and switch from the one I picked ? or to get unlimited themes ?

    Hi, 

    If you buy the lifetime theme plan, I'll refund you the lifetime mp3 audio player pro. 

    Please note that the mp3 audio player pro is not included in the theme.

    Sure! Please delete the mp3 audio player pro from your website and also from your computer. Let me know when it's done and I'll proceed with the refund tomorrow morning.

    also after purchasing all themes life time plan i still cant seem to access the themes

    For the access to the theme, I see you have already imported Moonlight ? Everything works?
