I just purchased the 89 dollar one with allthe themes and have been trying to install the zip on my wordpress for at least 2 hours. the child theme works but when i try and use the parent theme it keeps giving me the link has expired even after increasing my site limit from 20mb to 150mb ig not fixed i would like a refund because this isnt making since. also my wordpress is 5.59.
Sure I can refund, but my guess is that your maximum upload file size limit is not set correctly. If you go to WP-Admin > Media > Add New, what maximum size you see there? (see screenshot: https://d.pr/i/di7kTG)
Please contact your hosting provider, they will be able to change this in like 1 minute. Make sure that its set to 64 MB.
hey thanks for the response they said the highest they can go is 20mb which is where its set at. i really want to use them but i have been trying all day. and it isn't working. even after having them install a plugin that goes up to 100mb, it uploads to 60 percent then starts over every time
That is a bit ridiculous that they don't want to go more than 20mb. I mean, 20mb, 40mb, 60mb..its only a number! And there is absolutely no reason to dont allow this. If I was you, I would be very upset against them and I'll think to switch to a better hosting.
If they don't want to raise the max upload limit, and you don't want to switch to a better hosting, the only option left is to install the theme manually by ftp.
hey we installed the theme but its only one i bought the unlimited pass for all them. and it still makes me pay when i try an add another theme i would like a refund

As mentionned in the documentation, you must go to WP-Admin > Tools > Demo Content Install to see all the demos you can import.

how do i activate theme they installed it for me im trying to activate the key
as the video mention, you can activat your license key in WP-Admin > Theme Options > Dashboard
