    Hi, I have two sites where i installed the paid pro version. One of them if I go to "add playlist" just brings up a completely blank canvas" (no inputs) whereas the other website everything is working fine where I can create a playlist. 

    One the other webstie where it's not working, I actually had tried uninstalling the files, and then reinstalling. Still same thing

    Hi, 

    Perhaps it's a conflict with one of your third party plugins. 

    Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except our plugins then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict.

    Tell me how it goes.


    If it does not work, could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.

    Update. I realize that if I have "MP3 Audio Player by Sonaar" (the non-pro version) activated, everything is there and it works fine. 

    Except I paid for the Pro version -- and if I activate "MP3 Audio Player by Sonaar - Pro Addon"  --- with the non-pro still activated, the input features are missing and it doesn't work. Like it doesn't allow me to add any songs and all the features are missing. 

    Do I have to deactivate and delete MP3 Audio Player by Sonaar before activating the Pro Addon? I thought that I have to have both be activated (hence the term "Addon")? 

    In addition, the ""Elementor Templates Add-on - Unlimited Websites:"" installation always fails when I try to upload the .zip file. It tries to install, but it says Installation failed. help!!!
