    Sorry, I search in the WP editor and Elementor and can't find it.  How do I modify the menus (like Episodes or Our Shows) so there is only only option or points directly to the list of Episodes/Shows?

    Hi, 

    You can modify menu items and links in wp-admin > appearance > menu
