    Hello!

    We're encountering a problem with Elementor's Posts widget and we’re wondering if you could take a look for us.

    The problem is that the thumbnail images aren't loaded correctly on the frontend of the site. While editing the blog page with Elementor, the thumbnails (featured images attached to the blog posts) appear just fine, as shown in the attached screenshot 'Elementor Example.jpg.'

    But when moving over to the blog page on the live site, the thumbnails only show up for a split second and then disappear. I managed to grab a screenshot of them before they did: 'Elementor Example 2.jpg' shows the live blog page on the frontend of the site, including the post thumbnail images. Note that not even the Soundcloud player on the right was fully loaded yet.

    As soon as the entire page is loaded up, the thumbnails disappear. You can see this in 'Elementor Example 3.jpg'. Soundcloud is loaded here as well, but the thumbnails have gone.

    A plugin conflict has been ruled out. After disabling every last plugin in the site, the problem still remained. Removing the Soundcloud player also didn't help. I noticed that the thumbnails still appear in the page's source code, but I haven't been able to figure out what exactly causes this issue. Hopefully you can help us and save us a lot of time!

    Hi Robert,

    Sorry, we are short in time. It is already the end of the week.
    We will contact you monday to investigate this issue. Until then, if you need a quick work around, please go to wp-admin>appearance>customize>additional CSS
    And add this code:

    .elementor-post__thumbnail {
    height: 185px ;
    }

    Thanks,

    Alexandre from the Sonaar.io Crew
