Your plugin disables my social media buttons

For right now I have disabled your media player that I purchased.  The problem is that I have social media buttons on my Wordpress website, which have worked fine for years, but when I  paid for the pro version of your media player and installed it, they quit working.  The icons disappear and clicking on the circles does nothing.

I confirmed the problem to be your player by disabling the player and then checking the social media buttons.  They work immediately if I have the player disabled but then stop working as soon as I re-enable the player.

Changing the order of things on my home page changes nothing.  No matter where I put the player, it disables my social media.

Any suggestions as to why this might be would be extremely helpful.  I really like the media player and since I paid for the Pro version I would hate to have to uninstall it and use another one.

My website is the most up to date version of Wordpress, and I'm running the latest version of Latte Pro as a theme.

One other thing.... I found it a little strange that I had to register an account to submit this ticker, after I had already done so to purchase the plug in.  But no matter how many times I tried to just log in so that I could submit this ticket it kept telling me that the email/password combination was incorrect, even though I saved them both in a document immediately after creating them.  Anyway,  I just registered again so that I could submit the ticket.

      Hope you can help soon!

    Thank you!

    Hi,

its probably a small conflict with the CSS or JS.

Could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.

For the account registration. this is because this helpdesk (sonaar.ticksy.com), is an entirely independent platform than our website at sonaar.io

    Thanks,

    Hello!

Thank you for getting back to me.  Unfortunately I'm not comfortable giving access to my website.  Would you be able to give me some instructions to take care of it myself?  Anything you can do in that way would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

Please enable your plugins so I can check your website to see if I can spot the culprit

Okay.  I've done that now.  You'll see that the first 4 social buttons, which are the original four that I've had since the site was designed for me are not functional.  The last button is one I only added after installing the media player and for whatever reason only it works.  I've tried removing all of the links and adding them again to see if that would fix it, but it didn't

    Thanks Again!

    Hi,

the issue you have is caused by your theme or third party plugins that use a old version of Font-Aweome, the icon library. With MP3 Audio Player Pro, we use a newer version of that library. However, we overwrite the old version, which leads to the issue you have.

Please replace the file in /wp-content/plugins/mp3-music-player-by-sonaar/public/css/sonaar-music-public.css by this one and it will resolve the issue you have.

Once its done, make sure to clear your browser cache and server/plugin cache.

    Thanks,
