    Hi, on my website, I'm using your player for a long time now. Somehow the soundwave disappeared. For each product there is a shortcode with the music related to it, but now it does not show the soundwave anymore.

    Example: https://www.karloproduction.com/product/maroon-5-memories-power-intro/

    There should be a soundwave at both play buttons. It was there before, I did not edit anything.

    Hi,

    Make sure MP3 Audio Player PRO addon for WooCommerce is activated to use the audio player within a WooCommerce product. 

    Pro addon does not looks like activate on your site.
