I have updated Sonaar but many plugins update is required. This take more time than I thought. I will ask you to purchase 1 hour customization please if you want me to continue to this path. But I really recommend you to fix the update issue on the server side. Updates are very important for a site maintenance.
I have update all activated plugins, except the WPBakery addons. I don have access to the premium plugin. Please take a look on your site and make sure nothing is broken. Maybe your site will be improved, but this is not the reason why it is important to do updates. A old site is easier to be hacked. And it is important to follow browsers requirements. As you can see the issue you have reported is fixed now.

It is time to do some updates.
Please update first Sonaar theme.

When it is done, please go to wp-admin>appearance>install plugin and do all required update.
Updating WPBakery should fix the issue.
