    Hello, 

    I tried several times trying to purchase a lifetime plan, but it continuously declined my card. I contacted the bank several times, and they told me that the issue was on your end.

    Here is the error we receive on our end:

    Payment failed because of insufficient funds. Tell the customer to try a different payment method, or they can retry the payment at a later date. Learn more about declines.Mar 17, 2022, 4:43 PM

    Also, perhaps tell your bank that we are located in Canada.. Sometimes banks limit the funds for international payments and they can unblock it prior your permission.
