I wanted to check in for my client and see if you have a timeline for updating the plugin? I was having an issue with adding songs to the playlist and then not being able to reorder them. Thanks for you time.
The problem is that my client adds new tracks for his subscribers every month. Since this bug hit at the end of last month we are coming up on two months of not being able to add tracks and organize in a professional manner. Is there anything that you could do for my client due to the inconvenience? (Discount on plugin for next year, etc?) We love the plugin, but this has created a really big barrier for his business.
1) I created a playlist called Test by Sonaar. I uploaded 3 tracks and published them. Then I have move track 2 up and I could reproduce the issue.
2) I deactivated all your third party plugins and I tried the same thing and it worked!
So the issue is a conflict with one of your third party plugins.
It looks like a JavaScript conflict.
Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except our 2 plugins, then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict.
You're right! I was able to pinpoint that issue is from the RankMath plugin. So weird. I am going to contact them and see if they have any information about this issue.

Hi,
If you are referring to the empty track created when you use the up/down order arrow, this is on our roadmap but we don't have timeline yet.
The work-around solution, for now, is to simply delete the empty track that has been created and save your post.
Thanks,

Hi,
I did a test on your site.

Tell me how it goes.
