Sticky Player not linking to playlist until a song is played using the actual Mp3 player. Sticky has spinning wheel as if trying to link

    Hi, 

    I'm sure i've done something stupid here... but when i initially set up my MP3 player it worked fine with the Sticky player at the bottom of the screen. However, recently the Sticky player doesn't work until i actually play a song from the MP3 player itself. After this the Sticky player seems to link to the playlist and I no longer get the spinning wheel.

    Please can you help?

    sorry I should have added that the website is Wordpress, built using Elementor. I have deactivated my plug-ins one by one but that did not help.

    Hi,

    please make sure that your plugins are up to date. Your MP3 Audio Player Pro Addon seems to be version 3.1. It should be 3.3 !

    Please read this article about how to update MP3 Audio Player Pro.


    If it does not work after the update, could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and I will gladly check the issue you have.

    Hi,

    An update of the plugin was available in WP-Admin > Dashboard > Updates. I updated your plugin to 3.3 and now it works. See screenshot https://d.pr/i/hVhOQj

    Make sure to clear your browser cache.

    I'm so sorry Max to waste your time, I just checked the plug-in screen and saw nothing highlighted. I should have clicked on updates as you have shown.
