I logged on to my brianstephens.com site to update plug-ins, themes, etc. All I got was what I've screen capped and attached to this ticket: a text box with an OK button next to it. This is on the main domain (BrianStephens.com) as well as on the /wp-admin wordpress log-in page
I didn't do anything except immediately open this support ticket
*Another one of my sites that's built with the Sonaar template got flagged today (different web hosting account) and shut down temporarily for sending spam emails through that site. (I don't use my web server's mail features to send mail. I always use GMail)
is it possible that all of my sites that I use the Sonaar theme have been compromised? Please help!
Hi Brian, You should contact your webhost provider to fix this. At least they can restore a backup. I have no clue about what happen here If you learn more about the situation, and you consider we have to be informed, please let us know.
