    when i go to edit HOMEPAGE in wordpress, ( https://art-era.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=3786&action=elementor ) i'm still getting Side Widget Panel not loading

    i went through the steps in this article : https://elementor.com/help/elementor-widget-panel-not-loading/ :: and i noticed when i turn off "Elementor Sonaar Addons" plugin then the Side Widget Panel loads @ https://art-era.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=3786&action=elementor

    Hi, 

    Which version of the theme and which version of Elementor Sonaar Addon are you running? 

    Make sure it's 4.23 and 2.3.2 respectively. 

    Please read this article about how to update your theme.

    1) Sonaar theme is 4.20.2 ( not 4.23) , however the documentation says " In order to update your Sonaar theme, you must have an active subscription at sonaar.io." .... and i don't have LOGIN or LICENSE KEY .... i also don't know which email OR password to login

    2 ) It says ::: Thanks for using Sonaar. Make sure to enter your license key in Theme Options > Dashboard. The license key used is currently empty, expired or invalid.

    Login to your account at https://sonaar.io/login to check if you have a valid subsciption.

    3) How do i update Elementor Sonar Addons :Version 2.1 (  not 2.3.2 ) :::: 

    4) FOR ELEMENTOR IT SAYS

    Your License Has Expired

    Renew your license today, to keep getting feature updates, premium support and unlimited access to the template library.

    Hello Paul.

    1) Your license key and Sonaar account is binded to this email: [email protected]

    But your license is expired.

    If you want to download theme and plugin updates, you must buy an active license key.


    2) It's because its expired.

    3) You must update the theme then it will update the plugins automatically.

    4) For Elementor license, please check directly with Elementor author.
