I like to download the sonaar WP Package zipfile, but I keep getting the message that I can only do this with an active subscription to all themes?
I have an annual membership that is active, so I don't understand why I am getting this notification. I need to renew the membership on 18 april latest, and will do that, so I don't understand why Sonaar denies this download?

If you go to your Sonaar website by login in and go to My Account > Downloads, can you download it from there?
