    Hello,

    I'm trying to edit a duplicate article and the Text Editor in Elementor is not responding. 
    I tried with Mozilla and Chrome and I have the same issue.

    Can you please assist?

    Hi,

    What article you are trying to duplicate and what method do you use to duplicate it ? Please send me a video recording so I can reproduce the issue on my end.

    I just clicked "Clone" on a previously posted article and then "Edit". I'm doing this as a process for every new article I want to post. 
    The Text Editor doesn't respond.

    Hi,

    It looks like a JavaScript conflict.

    Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except Elementor Sonaar Addon, Elementor, Essential Grid and Revolution Slider then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict.

    Tell me how it goes.

    I deactivated them as you proposed except those 4 plugins but I still have the same problem.

    Please make sure that you use our latest theme version.  Version 4.23

    You are currently using version 4.19

    Please read this article about how to update your theme.

    I cannot upload the license key although it is still active.
    Also, all the Themes seem to be updated.
    I attached some print screens.

    Update your theme manually because automatic updates is not working with your version. We have fixed the license issue and automatic updates only in Version 4.22.1

    So if you update your theme to version 4.22.1 or higher, the issue you have will be fixed. 

    Please read this article about how to update your theme manually.

    I did that and now it worked!
    However, I don't see the Instagram gallery anymore after the update :/
