"The download link for Sonaar doesnt work" (#3040600) / Sonaar Help

When I go to Downloads section and click [Download] Sonaar-WP-Package.zip it wont work for me i paid for for the $89 package and cant access my links

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out.
Please login into your Sonaar.io account and go to My Account > Downloads and from that download page, you will see the button to download the file.

I tried that it still doesnt let me download the Sonaar WP package i paid for
