The popup is an ajax request and if you are experiencing slow loading time, this is mostly caused by your server CPU. It's your server that serves the data in the popup, so once the data is pushed by your server, we immediately display it. I recommend you speed up your server. please contact your web hosting for this.
Perhaps we could add an animated loading icon on the button so at least, people would know that something is loading ? What about this ?
The animated loading sounds great! I would like to know if someone else is exerimenting this. I am using Dynadot.com for hosting and Elementor pro to build my page. Beside this, woocommerce to be a shop.

It really depends on your server resources/hardware available with your hosting. I'm not familiar with Dynadot. Here we host on Cloudways .com
I recommend VPS server with 2GB of RAM with 2 Core processor with CloudFlare enabled.
