    Is the error gone ?

I can't seem to be able to reproduce on my computer. Could you please elaborate on the steps to reproduce the issue on my end and I will check this for you.

    Thanks,

To be honest I can't either - it appears and then it disappears - it is very random at the moment. I will keep my eye on it and let you know if i experience any major functionality issues.

Will revert back if I can reproduce the error in a specific way.

    thanks for the help

Probably because you had to save your setting once after the plugin installation. should not happen anymore.

    Hi Max

Ok, so it seems the issue is only when i go to the plugin page or do an update. There seems to be an update for the Pro version that looks like it is 'stuck' - the Version is says I have and the version it wants to update to is the same. When I update i get this: http://u.pc.cd/q3u7

    Hope you can help

    thanks

Ok should work now. I have manually updated the plugin and the update have been fixed.

Wait. it seems that your server does not want to connect to our server to validate the update version. Im still trying to figure it out

It seems fixed now but I think the issue is caused by one of your third party plugin, especially WP Activity Log plugin.

    Thanks,

Thanks Max - I'm going to replace that plugin with another option then

thanks - weird though, because it is supposed to be a logger only

    Hi Max

I really don't know what it is, but everytime I update a plugin (not your plugin) I get this view: http://u.pc.cd/fdg7

Not sure what it can be

Will be hard to troubleshoot but It looks like a conflict with another third party plugin which prevent our plugins to check-in with the WP auto-updater.

Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except our 2 plugins then see if the issue persists by updating 1 plugin at a time.

If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict.

    Tell me how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Hi Max

Sorry to bother you again - I still seem to have the same issue. I've tried disabling all plugins, but, the issue only appears when updating or installing a plugin. See screenshots

It is also always the same error on the same code line

    can you assist?

    thank you

    Hi Gavin,

I dont knot what is causing this issue. Why only your site has the error but I have modified our code to prevent it.

    Thanks,

    Hey Alexandre

Thanks for letting me know - i do not know either, but there must be a reason. Thank you for fixing the code - my only question is, what happens with the next update? Will your fix be replaced again?

    thank you

    Alexandre replied

The fix is already part of the code of the next update, so no worry
