I previously used the Sonaar Theme to develop a site, but moved away from it ot try a different option. We decided to move back to using the Sonaar theme, but now when I reactivate it (both activating the parent and child theme does this) the entire WP Admin page turns into a 404 page using some of the design elements from the page I designed within the theme. I am not able to access anything on my WP Admin page and have to revert to a backup in order to re-access my WP Admin page.

I want to be able to use the Sonaar theme. I have tried deleting it and reuploading the theme but the same result. I'm assuming I need to delete all other files attached to the previous time I used the theme but I'm not sure how to completely do that.

    Hi,

Could you please provide me access to your wp-admin and also access to your FTP and I will gladly check the issue you have.

    Thanks,

Should I just reset the entirety of the page? I'm working on a bit of a tight turnaround time if this will take much longer.

    Hi,

I see that your theme Sonaar is activated now and there is no wp admin page that has a 404 error from what I can see? Do you still have an issue? if so, please elaborate on steps to reproduce it.

    Thanks,
