According to your screenshot, you are trying to install Elementor Templates Kit for the audio player as a plugin. The Elementor templates are not a plugin, but Elementor Templates.
To import Elementor Templates, go to wp-admin > templates > import
Once the templates will be imported, they will show in wp-admin > templates
